    U.S. resident encompasses a variety of statues including but not limited to:
    • U.S. refugee or asylee
    • DACA, DED, or TPS
    • Undocumented students
    • Students eligible for noncitizen U.S. federal aid
    • Student whose status is pending

    You will also be required to provide a copy of your Permanent Resident card. You can upload a copy of your card in your applicant portal after you have submitted your application.
    Note: You may be required to provide your SSN to the college for compliance with specific federal and state regulations such as applying for financial aid, loans, grant programs and tax reporting requirements. Providing your SSN means that you consent to the use of the number in the manner described. Your SSN will not be given to the general public. You will be issued a student identification number (G#) to be used as your primary ID.

    Definitions

    White: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa.

    Black or African American: A person having origins in any of the black racial groups of Africa.

    Hispanic or Latino: A person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin, regardless of race.

    Asian: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of the Far East, Southeast Asia, or the Indian subcontinent including, for example, Cambodia, China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippine Islands, Thailand, and Vietnam.

    American Indian or Alaska Native: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America (including Central America), who maintains cultural identification through tribal affiliation or community attachment.

    Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander: A person having origins in any of the original peoples of Hawaii, Guam, Samoa, or other Pacific Islands.
